Request an Appointment
Consultations are scheduled through the request system below. This consultation process is intended for individuals and businesses seeking thoughtful legal guidance and strategic direction rather than immediate or informal advice.
Consultation Request
Our practice is built around thoughtful legal advisory and strategy services. Thus, our consultations are designed to evaluate your legal matter and determine whether our firm is the right fit for ongoing representation. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to review Our Approach page to understand how we work with clients and what to expect from the consultation process.
When an appointment is requested through the online scheduler, our office will issue an invoice for the applicable consultation fee. Appointment times are not confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be made by the deadline stated on the invoice in order to secure the requested appointment time. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the appointment time will be released.
After payment is confirmed, you will receive a consultation preparation guide identifying documents that may be relevant to your matter so they can be gathered in advance. Documents should not be emailed to the office. Instructions will be provided prior to your appointment with access to a secure portal to upload documents. To allow adequate time for attorney review, all documents must be uploaded through the client portal at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled appointment. If documents are not received within that timeframe, the consultation will be rescheduled.
Consultations are scheduled based on the attorney’s projected availability. However, as an active litigation attorney, court settings or other legal obligations may occasionally require adjustments to scheduled appointments. If a court conflict arises, our office will promptly notify you and provide alternative appointment times.
